Thought that would be difficult,but dead easy.

ADD U-TUBE VIDEO TO YOUR POST.
1 Select the Video, you wish to use.
2 To the Right of the Video,you will see the URL Address Box.
3 Highlight the URL Address.
4 Right Click and select Copy.
5 T he Video URL Address, is now saved in your Mouse.
6 Close U-TUBE.
7 Open Reply Box in the Forum,you wish to post.
8 Explain what the Video is about.
9 Above the Post Box,Left Click on the U-TUBE Icon.
10 Two U-TUBE URL's will appear in your Reply.
11 Right Click-Paste,or CTRL-V, between these two URL's.
12 Post.
