My computer is 2 years old. I have problem with my DVD+RW. When i insert a dvd it automatically comes out after pressing open/close button. Why? Anybody having the same problem?

wow....never heard of this problem before. I have problem similar to this but my problem is when I put DVD it doesn't open at all.
